April 17th 78.5 degrees!!!!!!!!!

The water was glass, and crystal clear. We could see LARGE bass swimming near the surface 30 feet out in the lake. NEVER has the lake been this clear. I hope there is enough structure out there for some fish to hide.

As the value of lake property increases, the local schools are taking advantage of this new found wealth. One small rural schools district in the finger lakes budgets almost $10,000 per student/yr. Just off the lakes there are families that don't make much more then that! Someone has to stop the wild school spending.
