Clean and inviting with level frontage and plenty of safe parking.

| THE VIEW Best view on the entire lake, maybe in all the Finger Lakes! Situated on the far north end of Waneta Lake you can see down the entire length of the lake with the backdrop of rolling hills. You get a great view of the sunrise, and the sunset off to your right. Many times you get a fantastic moonrise over the hills in the early evening, and on the 4th of July there is not better place to take in the fireworks.

| THE TRANQILITY This is a very quiet retreat. No busy roads roaring by, no jet skis and motorboats zooming immediately in front of the cottage. Off of rt 230 that connects Dundee, Penn Yan, and Hammondsport, a small dirt road winds between a creek and a golf course to lead you to the cottage. The north end of the lake is fairly shallow so the boat traffic stays quite a ways out except for the occasional fisherman.

| THE FUN The activities are endless. Boating, floating, fishing, sunning, and lake watching are just a few steps out your front door. Grab your golf cart and walk up the road and start your round on the 2nd hole (just stop by the club house on the way by). A short drive and you can visit many wineries that have music, activities and tastings all summer long. Keuka lake hosts antique boat shows, and you are 30 minutes form the excitement of Watkins Glen racetrack for just about every level of auto racing, if the roar of dirt track is more your speed, Black Rock Raceway is only 15 minutes down the road.

| THE COTTAGE The cottage has 3 bedrooms and 1 bath (shower only). The rental includes a gas grill, lawn chairs, picnic table, new dock, and a camp fire ring. An optional paddleboat and rowboat are available. The lake has a public landing so you can bring your own sail or motorboat. The cottage has baseboard heat in the living room as well as a wood-burning stove. The kitchen is fully equipped. TV is not provided (Its much more fun just to enjoy the lake). Telephone is available for incomming calls and calling card outgoing.
